Since @onotogo has been rained out recently and I was in the neighborhood I decided to stop by one of the many lunch wagons that have opened in the Kapiolani area. The Mobile Chef is on Sheridan street in the parking lot of Secret lounge.

LOVED it! Actually ate the WHOLE thing, some claim in the blink of an eye. NOT! Thanks Kathy! Can’t wait until the breakfast tweetup with BELGIAN WAFFLES!
